It is finally done! A very exciting time for both myself, and the dedicated partners who have contributed to the completion of the Allemano.ca website (v1).

The Allemano Group is a full service, executive recruitment agency, specializing in business-to-business and industrial sales rep positions. This includes every type of sales role, beginning with inside sales, right on up to VP of sales.

We are set up in our beautiful head office, located on 2425 Matheson Blvd East, right near the Toronto Pearson airport. In addition, we have offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal to better service our national customers.

A niche, within a niche! We are a bit different from the other agencies out there.  Rather than spreading ourselves thin across a number of different industries, we have chosen to concentrate our efforts in two areas and be the BEST at them. We simply will not take on assignments in other industries, because we stick to what we know; business-to-business and industrial sales recruitment.

In addition, we acknowledge that the recruitment industry is changing. Our candidates and clients have become more tech savvy, which means that we need to be responsive.  Our website was designed with a social media backbone. You’ll notice, that when you apply for a job, rather than creating a profile, you can simply apply with your LinkedIN account. This is thanks to the phenomenal Jobscience recruitment platform that is integrated by Salesforce.com. In addition, when new jobs are posted, they are immediately broadcast on Twitter and LinkedIN, reaching our targeted network of sales candidates.  For you technology geeks out there (I admit to being one of them), we are a 100% Apple friendly company; all of our software and hardware are compatible on Macs (read more about this in our upcoming blog entitled “A Paper-Free Company”).

Some amazing creative talent and design has gone in to our website development. Most recruitment agency websites simply look dated; they’re using boring website templates from 1994, recycled stock imagery, or even silly cartoons.  The brilliant design work by Cre8 produced our original logo and branding.  Picture This Productions did all of the website photos, and independent Toronto filmmaker Brock Hodgkinson produced our testimonial video. A special thanks to I One Media for their hard work (and for putting up with me) in the overall design of the website.

The website will continue to be a work in progress over the next year. We have plans to create a mobile version of the page in early 2012, along with improved content and media.
